Dry Hires ( i.e. Self pickup & operate hires)
When can I pick up & return my equipment?
We allow pickup the day prior to the day of hire & return the day after the day of hire. For example, if you're event is a on a wednesday you can pick up after 12PM on a Tuesday & return by 5PM on Thursday.  

What about weekend events?
You can pick up on a Friday or Saturday & return Monday.

How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa & Mastercard, Paypal & EFT.  Credit card payments do need to be made online through our secure Paypal gateway.  We do run accounts for large corporates or government customers.  Please ask in advance.  

Can I pay with cash or credit card upon pickup?
Sorry all payments need to be in advance online or via EFT.  

How do I pick up my equipment?
We probably have the fastest, least hassle hire service in Sydney for pre-booked equipment. Theres's ample off street parking.   Just go to the National Storage reception & your pre-booked order will be waiting there for you.  Just advise the name you've booked under.

Can I drop in anytime & hire equipment?
No sorry we're often in & out of the warehouse on jobs but if you'd like to come & have a look at equipment just make & appointment & we're happy to meet with you.  Pre-ordered equipment however can be picked up anytime during business - see details above.

What's your address?
it's Unit 1073, National Storage, 7-9 Lanceley Place, Artarmon.
Our Warehouse is inside the National Storage complex so you'll need to go to reception first.   


Production Hire (i.e. we deliver, setup or operate the equipment for you)

What's your booking/cancellation policy for production hires?
  • 10% deposit upon booking. Non refundable.
  • 80% refundable if less than 24hours notice given of cancellation
  • 50% refundable if cancelled after arrival at event
  • pro rated 50% refundable if cancelled after event start time.

When do you arrive to set up?
It depends how complicated the event is but a typical event would be 2 hours prior.
